This is la 100% turnaround from what I would have written a week ago. Former service tech misdiagnosed a module issue, promised updates and *never delivered, only once returned one of my many calls, and had a week ago. We wish him well in his new employment. Enter Kelsea Phipps, who provided customer service at a Lexus level on every front. And always exceedingly pleasantly. Her updates arrived like clockwork. Bonus her, give her a raise, or at the very least, a gift card. She is the reason I will return to McGloughlin Chevrolet.
