I had a factory issue with my sunroof leaking which led to very extensive damages and repair efforts. Even though my Equinox was out of warranty Kelsea and the McLoughlin Chevy team worked with GM to rep to very extensive damages and repair efforts. Even though my Equinox was out of warranty Kelsea and the McLoughlin Chevy team worked with GM to repair my vehicle at no cost to me. I've never had this level of service from anyone before.
