No matter who I meet at McLoughlin Chevrolet, I always come away impressed with their attention to customer service. My last experience was a two appointment process. Kayla Ryan-Seals recognized me and called me by name on both ends of visit number two; she greeted me when I dropped the car off on Thursday evening and again when I picked it up Friday evening. Not only was I impressed with the fact that she knew me by name, but she also remembered details of the work performed without having to look at any notes. More
