There were 2 things I was not satisfied with. I saw my car being taken into service after I’ve waited for almost 1.5 hours and I was told the cost would be around $85.00 but was charged over $90. No matter who I meet at McLoughlin Chevrolet, I always come away impressed with their attention to customer service. My last experience was a two appointment process. Step one was to evaluate all the issues my 2009 HHR had that needed attention. Step two was to return the car for repairs I could justify based on cost vs age of vehicle. Kayla Ryan-Seals recognized me and called me by name on both ends of visit number two; she greeted me when I dropped the car off on Thursday evening and again when I picked it up Friday evening. Not only was I impressed with the fact that she knew me by name, but she also remembered details of the work performed without having to look at any notes. More
