The reason for the latest visit was because the technician failed to tighten the bolts on the transmission pan sufficiently on my previous visit which was to replace the transmission filter and flu technician failed to tighten the bolts on the transmission pan sufficiently on my previous visit which was to replace the transmission filter and fluid for normal maintenance. As a result, my car was leaking transmission fluid and I had to waste time bringing it back in to tighten the bolts properly. More

I came in for an oil change, had a 60k service done, and three days later the check engine light comes on an "Propulsion Power is Reduced" message is displayed. You lied to me you rep told me rat chewed up the connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace. I looked at the connection it was only a 2 wire and the connection was connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace.
