I called him about a week later , as I was still hearing a noise in the front end. He said bring it in Oct 22 8am. I did and while waiting had a delicious cup of hot chocolate/donut. The problem was solved quickly and I was back on the road within a half hour of my arrival. FANTASTIC service and humanity! I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I have terminal lung cancer. I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet with a minor problem with my Corvette. I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I have terminal lung cancer. I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet with a minor problem with my Corvette. Of course, being a Corvette the repair cost could have been extensive. Any amount would have been fine with me. I LOVE my 'Vette!!!!. When I tried to pay my expected bill which I expected to be at least a couple hundred bucks. DON COHEN, the service advisor and BRETT, the service technician refused to accept any payment. I'd like to thank them both for their compassion, kindness and professionalism. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and associates. This has really given me hope in all American enterprise again. Hard to find in the last decade or so. Thanks you, Chris Allen fro Oregon City. Wish I could afford a C7 Stingray though :) More

I bought my first car at Mcloughlin when I first moved to Oregon, 17 years ago when I had no money to put down.. and they took a chance on me - and Ive since bought 4 cars from them. I wont buy from anyone else. They have always done the very best for me - never steered me wrong and have taken excellent care of me. Their establishment is clean and bright and friendly and cheerful and honest and I have recommended them time and time again to friends and will continue to do so. And Dean's care of me and my car today just shows once again I am not wrong to trust them - he went above and beyond and clean and detailed my car before giving it back to me :) They are THE best! :)) More

Great customer service I took my car to McLoughlin Chevrolet to replace my ignition due to the GM recall. Upon receiving my car, there was a new issue with the shifter - whi I took my car to McLoughlin Chevrolet to replace my ignition due to the GM recall.
