Quality customer service Went in for routine maintenance oil change etc...found out there was a recall on my vehicle. All was taken care of. Great service! I brought my Sonic in for an oil change and Michael got me in and out within the time frame he specified (about an hour and 15 minutes). Not only was I brought my Sonic in for an oil change and Michael got me in and out within the time frame he specified (about an hour and 15 minutes). Not only was everyone friendly, the wash and vacuum was the best surprise ever! Michael also walked me to my car afterwards. Thank you again for taking care of me and my Sonic! More

Initial work was for a water leak Had water leak on my 2015 3500 pickup. Had Ryan Silver as Service Advisor. The leaks were repaired, but there were a couple issues that occurred during the time in the shop. I returned following morning and spoke with Ryan. By the end of the workday he called me with the plan to get my truck back in and get the problems taken care of. As a business owner myself, this was how u take care of a customer. Ryan is a good man, he knew the issue needed to be dealt with and he took care of it. When and if i have other services that need to be done, ill be calling him first. More

Second Visit - AWESOME as usual!!! I was in last week to have the second round of maintenance done on my 2016 Traverse.
