Horrible. Charged for nothing Took my car to find out why no start. Faulty computer, under warranty. Still charged $135 . Told bad fuel pump and not because of computer but now door locks and windows don’t work and still had to tow my car home. Also fuel pump was replaced less than 24 hours earlier and was working prior to your service. Much more but won’t fit here. Lied to my face too.zero stars everything More

Brought in with one issue, now have 3 O2 sensor arts not available. On back order, real eta when will receive. 1 month, 2 months? After leaving dealership front collision warning system a O2 sensor arts not available. On back order, real eta when will receive. 1 month, 2 months? After leaving dealership front collision warning system and one touch up./down window feature no longer functioning. Have tried recommended resets suggested in owners manual without success. Update: make that 2 issues. I have since learned that the Encore does not come with 1 touch up/down window switch for all windows. The drivers side does, all other windows are one touch down, manual up. More

I didn't receive my paper work showing the work they had done that day, stating the girls were having issues, so he would mail it to me. 😔 More
