Excellent Experience My wife booked an appointment for 9 am. I showed up nearly 30 minutes early. Michelle helped me in the service department and even though I was only there for an oil change, she made sure a recall issue was completed as well. While I waited, I enjoyed a complimentary donut and cup of coffee. After a little more than an hour I was called up by Michelle and taken to Charmain to pay. Both were very polite and professional. They accepted a coupon from another dealership which brought the price down too. I will definitely return with my 2012 Volt and GMC dually. More
