Scheduled oil change Came in for oil change but tech found a couple belts needed replacing also. I had also asked for a rubber to be replaced above lift gate door. Started off not so well. Don took care of it. The reason for the 3 is I called a week in advance to make the appointment. The receptionist could not find me sent me to Don. Told him the reason I was there. He preseeded to tell me he could get me in on Monday. Not except able. I have an appointment at 10 am. Asked if I made it on line. No I called and spoke with a lady. Don took care of everything Avalanche went in immediately. Did not time it but it did not take long. Don saved you a customer. More
