Matt Brooks is great to work with and has a passion to get customers in and out quickly and with a smile. 5 stars to Matt who is not on your service list rating Questionaire Honerable service 5 stars, to all your service writers, especially Don Cohen, they all back each other up, with that same get it done attitude! Directed at the parts dept. only. I wish your parts dept, had that same passion, but don’t hold that against your service dept. Parts seem to be a little slow to greet and not pasionate as to what they do. I don’t know how busy they are with other things but a quick positive response is not one of them. I guess that parts are what they are, not near the hero role of a service person, fixing the problem. I haven’t had the opportunity to see your sales staff in action other than passing by, but they do greet and welcome well! They definitely work at getting to a good start with potential customers. High Mileage and happy! I have a truck that has high mileage and the boys at McLoughlin Chev have been keeping me on the road for several years. Did my brakes at 367,000 mil I have a truck that has high mileage and the boys at McLoughlin Chev have been keeping me on the road for several years. Did my brakes at 367,000 miles and just installed the first glow plug at 427,000. I'm very pleased with the service! More

3rd Brake Light Leak Don & the crew have worked hard to figure out this issue. I appreciate their diligence in trying to solve this. He checked with GM/Chevrolet about thi Don & the crew have worked hard to figure out this issue. I appreciate their diligence in trying to solve this. He checked with GM/Chevrolet about this. I bought 2013 K3500 HD new. This is the 4th time I have had to get the 3rd Brake Light replaced due to leak issues. Must be a design failure. I have had to pay out of pocket 2 times trying to remedy this also. Wish Chevy would stand behind it. After this time I it is sealed. McLoughlin Chev has done a great job, but they can only do so much to help my not have to pay for this issue. More

Excellent customer service Don was swamped with work but he treated me with courtesy and respect and got my car in for service as soon as possible. He was easy to work with and Don was swamped with work but he treated me with courtesy and respect and got my car in for service as soon as possible. He was easy to work with and is very knowledgable about his job. Mcloughlin Chevrolet has one of the nicest lobby areas I have ever seen at a car dealership. The seating is roomy and comfortable and they also provide courtesy coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, fruit and pastries. Their bathroom is also kept very clean. One of the nicest places to wait for car service ever--and if you don't want to wait, they provide free shuttle service to your door! More
