I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service I received at your dealership recently. The utter lack of competence and integrity displayed by your service dep frustration with the abysmal service I received at your dealership recently. The utter lack of competence and integrity displayed by your service department is nothing short of appalling. I brought my truck, a GMT900, to your dealership to address a common issue, the oil pressure sender. This problem is well-documented and has afflicted multiple GMT900 vehicles, including one of my own in the past. However, instead of receiving a reasonable and appropriate solution, I was quoted an outrageous $12,000 for an engine assembly replacement. Such a suggestion is not only absurd but downright insulting. Furthermore, when I questioned the diagnostic process, I was met with evasion and dishonesty. Despite asking about the oil pressure at the pump, I was assured that it had been measured and matched the gauge on the dashboard. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that no such test had been conducted. and the oil pump test port cap showed no indication of ever being removed. It is incomprehensible to me that your dealership failed to adhere to basic diagnostic procedures, especially when there is a service bulletin, #PIP4786, addressing this exact issue. Your negligence and incompetence wasted my time and money. In essence, your dealership's handling of this situation is akin to going to a doctor with heartburn and being recommended a heart transplant. It is grossly disproportionate, unacceptable, and indicative of a systemic problem with your business practices. Needless to say, I will not be returning to your dealership for any future service needs. I will be sure to share my experience with friends, family, and online communities to warn them against entrusting their vehicles to your establishment. More

Enjoyed the experience: Dylan and Mike were great! Dylan was knowledgeable and made the whole deal fun.
