Accommodating and kind. An asset to your business. My only issue: I bought the car 3 months ago from this location. The sales staff up sold me on a tire and wheel warranty. When presented with the $15 bill for tire repair at the cashier I asked about my warranty. The woman at the counter asked if I brought the paperwork with me. I had not. She said without it she would not know which company to contact. Basically a No. Here’s my take: I can easily afford the $15. Can McLoughlin service afford the good will? Take a tip from Mr. Orlowski. Treat your customers like family. A simple “let me look in your file” would have gone a long way. More
