Oil change and service light on I was at my 9 am appointment early (8:45) I was checked in and then the wait began. How long should a oil change take?? I’m no expert but... then I h I was at my 9 am appointment early (8:45) I was checked in and then the wait began. How long should a oil change take?? I’m no expert but... then I had asked for them to check out a information light for the driver assist program. After over a hour and 20 mins the service man comes to me with 4 pages of stuff that my vehicle needed repaired. I was so discussed with the first item when he told me that it took 1.3 hours to diagnose the warning light (2015 Tahoe don’t you plug it in and get a reading as to why there is a warning light) ? Again by this point I was so pissed! He said it would be another nearly $400 dollars to replace the part in the seat that vibrates when you go over line on side of road. Keep in mind by this point they are already charging me for 1.3 hours of labor 😡. He proceeded to ramble through all the air filters and everything else that needed done. I said no I want none of the additional services and just wanted my oil change done. At the 2 hr 45 min mark as my vehicle is in the service drive sitting I ask can I get my vehicle now and leave?? He will be right with you I was told as the car continued to sit and there was no other clients in the service area. Once paperwork was ready he claimed to have given me a really good discount on the labor for diagnosis as he could tell I was irritated. I feel $100 to plug in a car (discounted rate) is absurd not to mention my 3hour experience. More

I paid for a service plan to include oil changes, and they don't keep track of these at all, so I have to b The service experience is always awkward. I paid for a service plan to include oil changes, and they don't keep track of these at all, so I have to bring in the coupon book to avoid the argument every time trying to convince them that they sold me this contract and ought to have some kind of record. More often than not, the person I'm talking to is bored and unfriendly. The latest visit took up my entire morning even though I had an 8:30 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. When I tried to ask why it was taking so long after only one update about 2 hours in to up-sell me, it took awhile to get someone's attention. Then it turned out they were planning to wash my vehicle and hadn't gotten to it yet. I was baffled, and the service advisor at least asked me if I wanted to wait for the wash (which it seemed was free but was never offered and this was my third oil change). No, I wanted to get out of there after waiting three and a half hours. I even had to ask a lot of questions to get any comment on the additional inspection I requested. The previous two oil changes were more uneventful, except for the problem with them not having any knowledge of the service plan I bought there. I checked the plan and it specifies that service has to be done at that dealer, or I would gladly drive to a different one to get the oil changes I paid for. More
Amazing service Had to take my baby (GMC Envoy) in for a check engine light and we determined it could be a simple fix to possibly needing to part ways with my car. The crew was quick and efficient. The entire staff was very nice and best of all...they knew we were there just to get my car fixed and didn't pressure us to look at purchasing a new vehicle which was nice. We talked cars/trucks while we waited to pick up my car. We came in the day before just looking at what options we had IF we did have to part ways with my car and talked with Dave in sales. Today when we picked up my car he approached us congratulating us on the good news and how he was happy for us. Not normally how a dealership operates. John was great to us from start to finish. Super friendly and down to Earth. Thank you for putting my worries at ease and helping me keep my baby on the road even longer. More
