Best dealership around I drive almost an hour just to take my car here for service. I have never been treated unfair or felt as I was being taken advantage of unlike my loc I drive almost an hour just to take my car here for service. I brought my Bolt in Friday, May 3 for Wheel Alignment and asked about infotainment firmware update.to address Android Auto blank map screens. Wheel alignment went well, and John told me there was an update for the blank screens that they could not get to and had me make appointment for following Wednesday May 8. May 8 when I picked up the car end of the day, John told me there was no update and unable to duplicate the problem. However, it acted up as I was leaving and John was able to catch a video on his phone of the screen acting up which he said he would show to his tech. May 10, I had a low tire pressure when I was in the area so I dropped by thinking maybe John might have some news about the screen issue and to check the tire. The tire tech and I found a screw in the tire together and he said he could patch it for $19. Later he found me and said he might not be able to patch it, so I asked if he could give me priority service since my car had already been there all day Wednesday without getting any work done. He said I would have to ask John. This is where the problem began. I dropped by Johns desk but since he didn't know I had a question, he mumbled about other tasks he was doing and never asked me if I had a question. I figured he was too busy at that time, so I tried a few minutes later with same result. The tier ended up getting patched in the 1.5 hour estimated time, but as I signed out with John, he said it was nice having me as his coworker for the day. I wasn't sure how to take this other than that I had been bothering him by coming to his desk to ask a question. Larry Copley More

Routine maintenance handled smoothly I brought my 2017 Impala in for routine servic after making an appointment online. I did not have to wait and was able to get in the queue right away I brought my 2017 Impala in for routine servic after making an appointment online. I did not have to wait and was able to get in the queue right away. The service area is very clean as is the waiting area. When my service was complete, Jim took the time to go over some of the details of the routine inspection. He let me know how my brakes and tires were and could vet the highlights of the service. Jim has seen to my car a few times and each time he never fails to be friendly and thorough. The coffee in the waiting area is pretty good, too. More

ONLY reason I gave this 4 out of 5 stars was because of the cost and my frustration with GM. Paid $1200 for a new condenser which seems crazy. Nevermind the fact that condensers going out in the 2015 Chevy Suburban is a KNOWN issue, yet GM still won't do right by the customers and make this something they repair at no cost. This reflects poorly on ALL Chevy dealerships. GM needs to figure it out! Overall very happy with the level of service provided to me at McLoughlin Chevy!! More

When I called in for an appointment I was directed to Don I came in for my first oil change on my new Silverado that I purchased from your dealership. When I called in for an appointment I was directed to Don. He told me that he could get me in on a Saturday. I was super impressed with the degree of service that I got from the service department. I will for sure be coming back for all of my vehicle needs. More
Changed my opinion of service at a dealer I really really liked my service manager Don Cohen. He was FANTASTIC. He put up with my basic questions and repeating questions and was as calm as the I really really liked my service manager Don Cohen. He was FANTASTIC. He put up with my basic questions and repeating questions and was as calm as the day is long. I have put off getting this repair for 16-18 months with daily reminders due to how much I dislike the dealers. This experience may have changed my mind on that. I added on some general maintenance too since my service manager let me get the recall and service done at the same time and the rate was better then jiffy lube! They even washed the outside of my muddy truck for me! I honestly can not say enough good things about Don and HE is the reason I will be coming back even for oil changes! More
