Everyt Being that our purchase at this dealership went so well, we also elected to make the long drive to experience their service department as well. Everything went smooth as can be from calling in the appointment to completion of the service. Entire staff was professional and super welcoming. That said, we will continue to use them for all our service needs regardless having the convenience of another dealership closer to home. Thank you folks for proving a relationship is indeed vital to a great overall experience! More

Friendly but ineffective and spread thin. To be avoided. Very nice but seemingly overworked chap. He was multitasking the entire time and had to stop there to four times to either answer questions for other client's, and even serviced someone else while I wAs sitting at his desk. I understand overworked staff but this was the first straw... Next I walked the guy through the car noting the issue of the deflating tire three distinct times. I though he had noted everything down but we will soon learn that was not the case. In general, service centers have loaner cars or rentals available and I was told they would need me to bring the car back monday or soothing similar. I elected to leave it and made alternate car plans til Tuesday if the next week. I was perfectly fine leaving the car and not having a loaner. That is acceptable and logical. When I return to pick up the car they gave me the keys, and had me sign some paperwork and pay for the service. This was mostly smooth. The red flag came when I asked if they had checked the deflating tire issue and had fixed it. The staff said they had NO Idea... This was the second straw that strained my patience. Recall I had walked through the car and noted the deflating tire 3 times. Why was really worrying is that the service I came in for includes an inspection of the tires and rotation. So I asked that they review the tire and low and behold there was a screw causing a slow leak. So despite being told of the issue and supposedly performing a tire inspection and rotation, they did not catch the leak.....? The final straw that made the whole ridiculous endeavor over the top was the fact that the service center staff Asked that I bring the car back the next day to have it fixed. The redeeming quality of the service center was the service technician, not the desk staff, not the service manager, it was the technician. He stayed late and repaired it for me. Granted there should not have been an issue in the first place as I had brought it to their attention at the beginning of the whole process. The short: the admin staff are wholly the issue and need to work with the customer and not multiple at once. Further, the front desk staff and the service management need to not multi task. When you have a customer, you need to focus on them and not miss things that are covered multiple times. Overall it was a bad experience I won't replicate anytime soon. This service center is to be avoided if you can. More

Yet another horrible service experience Purchased truck brand new in 2016 from this dealer. Every trip to bring it in to service has been problematic with this most recent time being no exception. This is the last time we will be getting our vehicle serviced here. This most recent trip was to address 3 issues. One being warrantied part that was identified to be replaced at last visit. Another being to review our tires which only have 23K miles on them, yet we were told last time they were in yellow status with 6" tread on 2 tires, and 5" tread on other 2 tires. The 3rd being follow-up to previous alignment done last week where after multiple requests to get that service done due to steering wheel pulling to left, we were told it didn't need it and had been test driven, only to receive follow-up from Jim that same day after having truck for over 6 hours after insisting it be done that it did in fact need alignment done. After getting home the paperwork we received for alignment was for a totally different customer dated the day before our last service. The warrantied part was replaced, after we were told by Jim at booking the appointment it would only take 2 hours to complete. After dropping it off today at scheduled time, Jim said they needed the vehicle till early afternoon, which required making schedule changes at work and getting Uber to make previous commitment. The receipt says the labor was .4 hours - what was the tech doing all day? Specific to tires tread issue we were told today the tires were in fact ok and the paperwork we received was marked wrong, but could not be updated. This happened during previous service regarding the brakes where we were told they needed immediate attention on paperwork but was never told anything at checkout, only to find out when we brought it back that the brakes were fine and the paperwork was filled out wrong. Specific to the issues with alignment, there were no apologies offered for getting another customer's paperwork after all the other issues that happened last time and we were told that new documentation showing the alignment work performed was not available - all Jim asked about was getting the incorrect paperwork returned. We have experienced these kind of issues at Mcloughlin since our original purchase and every time we have brought it in for service it has always been a debate on whether service would be done, appointment times, misquoting time to complete work, not providing accurate info on our vehicle's service on paperwork or notifying us during checkout of potential issues, messing with seat controls, or being unwilling to honor email special about oil change until manager was called. If we didn't love this special edition vehicle so much we would of gone elsewhere from the start. This place doesn't value customers or treat them with honesty and respect, as demonstrated by these recurring issues. Now we will be going to Chevrolet dealer further away just to avoid these recurring issues. More
