Oil change I always get good service at this location. But this time, whom ever worked on my car, forgot to put back the ring/gasket back on the filter cap and t I always get good service at this location. But this time, whom ever worked on my car, forgot to put back the ring/gasket back on the filter cap and there was an oil leak so I had to take it back on the next working day. Recall on Chevy Trax On Saturday 7/27/19 8:30 am was scheduled for a hour to check my car out for a recall and if it did need to be fixed I would reschedule another appoin On Saturday 7/27/19 8:30 am was scheduled for a hour to check my car out for a recall and if it did need to be fixed I would reschedule another appointment and you guys would Order the parts. So 2 hour later John the service writer come and tells me that the mechanic could not look at it because the tool he needed was locked up (REALLY) so he apologize and said he would give me a free oil change and I did not need one yet. I thought I would come back for one later cause I just had one awhile back with you . But no I got a oil chang anyway .So 2 1/2 hours later I finally get my car back job not done. You wasted my time and I was late for my job. And also why did it take so long for the mechanic to tell john he could not look at the car? I sent a reply on Monday to Bryce Moilanen on Monday but I guess he to busy too. To answer me. And nobody called me to reschedule and I was told by one of the girls at the desk that a manger would call .so I guess you guys are to busy. More

Bad experience Just spent nearly $1,000 on repairs on my 2000 Suburban, one of which was right front window. I did not check windows when I left, but next day went Just spent nearly $1,000 on repairs on my 2000 Suburban, one of which was right front window. I did not check windows when I left, but next day went to roll all of them all down and now right rear window does not work. Called Jim McClean and asked if that window could be checked out free of charge. His answer was no because they cannot be related as they are not connected in any way. When I told him I think they could be related (same electrical system!) and therefore they should be willing to check it out for free. Jim said no again and when I told him if that is his final answer, then I will never use their dealership again for service, he hung up on me! More

Problems since I bought the car there. Never going back AFTER I bought this car in June of 2017, I was told the car was purchased by the dealership at the car show in March, so the the warranty started inMa AFTER I bought this car in June of 2017, I was told the car was purchased by the dealership at the car show in March, so the the warranty started inMarch. Because I really wanted the car, and nothing else available, I went along with that, and then purchased an exteneded two year warranty. Now I'm told the warranty is void for fixing my parking assist, because there are scrapes on the side of the car. Whenever I"ve had to bring the car in, I've had to wait for a long time before even checking in, while watching the technicians shooting the bull instead of helping me. Calls are not returned, no body called me to tell me the car was ready from the last repair, so I was without a car all night. My husband bought his truck at Suburban Chevrolet and has had no such problems. I'll be taking my vehicle there from now on for servicing and repairs. More
