McLoughlin Chevrolet - Service Center

To be fair I have to explain that I was 10 minutes late. However I did call them prior to my appointment to let them know I would be late because I was stuck in traffic construction. I had to leave a message to let them know I would be late because there was no one to answer the phone. My appointment was for 9:30 and I got there at 9:40. At that time I was told there would be a two and a half hour window for it to be done. I did not hear from anyone that it was done so I called them around 1:00 p.m. . Again I got a recording and again I got no response. I called again about 2:00 p.m. and again got no response after leaving a message telling them I had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. . Finally I called back and just asked for the service department. And asked anyone who would listen if my car was done. After being put on hold for several minutes the person came back and informed me my car was ready. By now it was 3:00 p.m. . Knowing that it was a half hour From the dealership to my house and then a half hour back to the dealership to pick up my car I had to cancel my appointment. When I got back I was given a report on my wheel alignment and no explanation of what it all meant. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service at this dealership. They are very lucky they even got two stars. Maybe it was just an off day and I will give them the benefit of the doubt but I was not pleased to say the least. The only bright spot was the gentleman who drove me home and drove me back. His name was Dave and he was very friendly and courteous. The cashier was also friendly courteous and extremely busy. But she never lost her cool. More
