Excellent buying experience!!! Couldn't be happier with my buying experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership, the staff was welcoming and very helpful. From the General Manager, Dave Ferraro to the Sales Reps Dave Seckinger and Doreen Moore to the Finance Manager , Keith Nickerson-all were wonderful. I had come into the dealership near the end of their business day but Dave Seckinger was extremely accommodating and helpful. Initially, I was looking for a used car and he showed me several models and we test drove 2 different cars. After thinking about it for a few days, I inquired about buying something new. Dave Ferraro went over the different models and pricing. I gave him my targeted monthly payment and Dave and his Finance Manager, Keith Nickerson made sure it came within budget. In the end, I bought the 2018 Chevy Equinox LT. The LT comes with cloth seats and I prefer leather. Dave F. said that they could replace the cloth seats with leather which I happily accepted. There is a cost to do this but well worth it. The buying experience was excellent and I greatly appreciated that we stayed within budget. Too often, dealerships will push past the budget but this was not the case at McLaughlin Chevrolet. I went in last Thursday evening and picked out the Equinox LT. Doreen Moore went over every detail of the car- Touchscreen, Bluetooth set-up, entertainment system, steering wheel buttons, etc. We then took it on a test drive where she further explained the car's functionality. She was wonderful. On Friday, the dealership sent the car out to have the leather seats installed. On Monday morning, Dave F called saying the car was registered and ready for pick up. I was so surprised that it was ready that fast! I arrived at the dealership on Monday evening. I met with Keith (very personable) who had all the paperwork ready and waiting for me. He went over the terms and was very helpful explaining the options for GAP insurance and additional warranty insurance. I never felt pressured to purchase anything additional. He was simply explaining what they were. Once done, Dave S. helped me sync my phone and went through additional CarPlay functionality. Doreen made sure everything was in order and that I didn't have any other questions. Dave F made sure I was happy with my vehicle. All in all, this was a great experience. I was very happy with the service, the quick turnaround on my vehicle, the level of engagement of the sales team, and the overall experience of the staff. I highly recommend McLaughlin Chevrolet. Just bought my eighth car (fifth one from McLaughlin Chevy) As always, I have come away from McLaughlin's a happy Chevy Girl. My new Cruze is awesome. Doreen is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and I hope she will still be there when I need my next vehicle. I have been coming to McLaughlin's for cars and service since 1977. Even though I moved to the North Shore, I won't go anywhere else. In all those years, I have been given the best of treatment by all the employees I have encountered. Countless times, I have been squeezed in without an appointment for emergency repairs. Keep up the good work! More

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! Never buy a vehicle from them if you want good customer service after the purchase!! They sold us a truck without an operable spare key. My husband lost the working key when he was over 3 hours from home. Drove him the spare only to find out McLaughlin never programmed it. We had to leave the truck and drive home until we could get in touch with someone at McLaughlin for help. They offered nothing to help us pay the costs due to their negligence. The were going to make us pay to tow the car an additional 30 miles to the closest dealer and that they would only pay to get the key programmed. Something that should have been done when we bought it!! The owner Paul McLaughlin even had the audacity to tell me he isn't helping pay for any other costs since it wasn't his fault my husband lost the working key in the first place and he asked me why I don't have AAA. What a DISGRACE! Who sells someone a vehicle with a key that doesn't work?? Then not even apologize or offer to help with the costs and inconvenience! BAD BUSINESS! More
