Only Dealership for Me! I just purchased a new Equinox from Doreen and she was absolutely the BEST! This is my second Equinox from McLaughlin, and I never considered buying I just purchased a new Equinox from Doreen and she was absolutely the BEST! This is my second Equinox from McLaughlin, and I never considered buying my new one anywhere else. She was very patient, and worked with Ed Cushing to get the deal that worked best for me. Doreen came in on her day off to deliver the vehicle, and she explained all of the bells & whistles to me in great detail. Keith Nickerson was also excellent while going over all of the paperwork with me. I would highly recommend McLaughlin - my preference is to buy from local businesses and McLaughlin has continued to impress me since 2008. More

Some dealers are just so mean unless you're buying from them. They probably don't realize I went to them for service and will never again after the. :( See below: Was told I could drop of my leased vehicle anytime. Tried to return my lease on Sunday during their normal business hours and was told I couldn't. Was told they didn't have a business manager so they couldn't take it. This was a big inconvenience. If the dealership is open I would suggest having the correct employees there to function properly. Update: The response to my review should display how professional this dealer is. I don't understand why so many dealers are like this at times. Yes I was very frustrated, but I did not take it out on the salesman and did not throw a "tantrum". I will even add that he was ok to deal with. He just couldn't help me which anyone I think would be very frustrated with. Both GM financial and my end of year lease inspector stated that I do not need an appointment and that all you need to do is go to any Chevy dealer during regular business hours to turn in the vehicle. At that time they would take an odometer reading and have you sign a return form. Feel free to call GM if you like. This is also what I have done with all of my previous leases with no problems at all (not Chevy though and this is why I double checked with GM and the inspector). If I were this dealer I would take this review and use it to try and make their business better, not try to belittle and make fun of the frustrated customer. The more people you do this to the less business you will get in the future. Word of mouth does travel. Hopefully going forward you will understand and treat potential customers better :(. Response from the owner an hour ago John you came by on a Sunday with no appointment and we told you the department you needed was closed on Sunday. Leases are normally returned to the dealership where they were leased from unless you live a great distance from that dealership. Dealerships do take in other dealers lease returns on occasion with an appointment. You did not call here or set up appointment. You just showed up on Sunday a day when all departments are closed except sales. Then you had a temper tantrum and squealed your tires as you recklessly drove off the lot on your way to Copeland Chevy. They did not take your car back without an appointment either. So the keyboard warrior continued his tantrum by writing bad reviews about each dealership. Lack of preparation on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on our behalf. I can only imagine what would happen if you went to most Barbershops on a Monday....lol... More

Smooth transaction, good pricing, zero hassle I came in looking for a pre-owned Silverado and found what I was looking for in relatively short order. Doreen and Keith were excellent to deal with, I came in looking for a pre-owned Silverado and found what I was looking for in relatively short order. Doreen and Keith were excellent to deal with, not levying any forms of pressure or typical shark type sales tactics that many dealers are known for. The purchase process was smooth and straight forward, and even having to have new plates (since I wasn't trading a vehicle in), the truck still came home with me that day.
