I have had a Ford Escape for 9 years. My lease was up and since we had such a good experience when we bought our truck at McLaughlin I thought I would at least take a look. We called David to let him know what kind of vehicle we needed and he said he thought he had the vehicle for us. He brought a great Chevrolet Traverse to our house. He took the time to show us its features, explain its warranties, and we took it for a test drive on the worst roads we could find - ROUTE 18. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Then David gave us a price that was way better than Hertz Car Sales. Then we talked to Keith about warranties and "Big Daddy" (Keith) showed us some great deals on extended and special warranties. When we finished, we paid less for an awesome Chevy Traverse-covered by 6 more years of warranties-for less than the sticker price that was on the window of the vehicle we saw at Hertz. These guys are AWESOME! More

Wow, worst dealership experience EVER !!!Drove over an Wow, worst dealership experience EVER !!! Drove over an hour to look at and purchase a vehicle. Salesperson ( who had been on the job 3 weeks) gave Wow, worst dealership experience EVER !!! Drove over an hour to look at and purchase a vehicle. Salesperson ( who had been on the job 3 weeks) gave me a monthly dollar figure only . ??? . No total price, no breakdown, no trade in value, no interest rate or number of payments... When I inquired, was told the vehicle was $1000 more then the advertised price ( pretty sure, that’s illegal) but she couldn’t tell me why. My trade in offer was almost $2000 less then KBB and another Chevy dealer offered. Was told my vehicle wasn’t even worth that ( the $2000 less,) but that’s what they’ll offer. When I got up to leave, I was followed by ? someone, who told me I was impatient, rude, acting like a child and to never come back....... DON’T WORRY ... I won’t .... EVER !!! More
