Service Department Employees After dropping off my vehicle for service I was directed to the customer waiting area/lounge. I was almost immediately ask if I wanted a refreshment After dropping off my vehicle for service I was directed to the customer waiting area/lounge. About 30 minutes later a young woman named Ellen came into the waiting area and asked if anyone would like an update on the progress of work being preformed on their vehicle. I told her that I had never heard an offer like that in all my years of having vehicles serviced, as in most cases you have to hunt some one down to get anyone to give you information and generally they try avoid any kind of eye contact. This was quite refreshing and much appreciated by those waiting. I had been told earlier by Sherrie Schmitt who first greeted me that it would likely be around 3hrs before my vehicle would be done. 3hrs later I was contacted by Grant Slater who indicated my vehicle was ready. He had the vehicle washed and brought into the service area for me to pick up. I advised all three employees how impressed I was with the service I had received. More
