I received a call from Daniel explaining additional repairs that needed to be made. The service and repairs were expensive, so understanding why everything was being done was important. I had a question the next day, left a message for Daniel, and he called me back almost immediately. It would be a nice service if tires purchased at the dealership were rotated without charge. This is the first dealership I have known that charges for rotations on tires sold at the dealership. More

I was at the dealer on 1/7 ,received call from parts dept on 1/8 that the part ordered is in, Never told additional work needed to be done. It is a 100 mile round trip from my home to dealer never thought I would have to spend this much time fixing a new vehicle. I have bought many new vehicles this is my worst experience.Work never seems to be completed. More

I drove from Fort Smith to be told that something was bent and the guy that could find the bent part was not there so they could not align the car. I test drove a Volvo XC90 while there but have decided I do not want another auto that I have to drive that far for service that I might or might not get. My husband has always been in the belief that Volvo was the safest auto on the road, but if something can bend so that an alignment could not be done by just hitting pot holes in the streets, I am beginning to wonder just how safe and strong is a Volvo. I have already had to pay over $600.00 for a wheel being bent from the pot holes in the streets. More
