Everyone here is so very nice! They don't try to sell you what you don't want, but what you need and they are excellent at finding what will fit your budget! We have bought 3 Mazda's now and will not buy any what you don't want, but what you need and they are excellent at finding what will fit your budget! We have bought 3 Mazda's now and will not buy anyother car! They never break! And they ride very smooth and the customer service is just wonderful! You're missing out if you don't shop at North Point Mazda! More

I was interested in the new 2012 Beetle. I went in before they even had the cars. Melvin assured me he would call when they arrived. I was the first to drive the demo and the first to purchase a 201 before they even had the cars. Melvin assured me he would call when they arrived. This was my first time to purchase a car so I was admittedly pretty nervous. As a 23 year old female with no big purchasing experience, I was fully aware that I had the full potential to be taken adv admittedly pretty nervous. I expected the whole experience to be overwhelming and didnt think I could handle it without my parents. However, Melvin and Dewayne were as helpful and patient as possible. They treated me with respect and I left feeling like I had been well taken care of. This was a big step for me in the transition to adulthood and because of the excellent service from Volkswagen, it will be an experience I will never forget. More

Jeremy would not return my calls nor did his supervisor Dewayne Bell My car was ready on Monday and he never called to let me know to come pick it up. I had already turned in my rental car and was needin Dewayne Bell My car was ready on Monday and he never called to let me know to come pick it up. I had already turned in my rental car and was needing mine back. I called Tuesday morning and talked to dewayne and he never got back with me. I called again tuesday afternoon and Jeremy finally answered the phone and at that time he informed me that my car was ready Monday. I picked my car up Wednesday morning. I had emailed dewayne on Friday and he never responded. More
