I love the Grand Touring Mazda CX9. Just purchased my second one. I had bought one in 2007, the first year they came out and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The new 2012 CX9 has many improved features that the 2007 didn't have, so I fully expect to keep it a long time. Navigation is very user friendly, love the backup camera and the blindspot alarm as well as the integration of the sound system with my ipod and iphone. The cd for the navigation is now upfront and easier to get to a much improved feature. The steering wheel controls for the cruise control and the handsfree phone/sound system controls are much easier to use. North Point Mazda has always given me great service as this is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Bob Murphy and Russell Norris were great guys to deal with and I will certainly send my friends their way. More

I just purchased a 2012 Miata from Russell there at North Point! I would not go anywhere else. They have the best service, even after the sale, and continue to give the best top quality service even after the warranty is out! I am a Mazada "snob". I was dead set on getting a jeep this go around, but when it came down to it, I just couldn't! I had gone a week before I bought my Miata, and got new tires on my RX-8 and had it serviced. While I was there I looked around, and my eye had caught the new Miata. I had a Miata before my RX-8. Needless to say, I feel in love, and had to have it!! Russell was very helpful, and so was everyone else there at North Point. What can I say, I LOVE MAZDA'S!!! More

I was at another VW dealer on a Saturday afternoon when I spotted a 2012 Golf R on delivery truck. I asked the driver if it was being unloaded and he said it was going to North Point. I called over there an spotted a 2012 Golf R on delivery truck. I asked the driver if it was being unloaded and he said it was going to North Point. I called over there and told them what was heading their way and the I was heading there too. I was at North Point VW as the truck pulled in. Melvin took me to the back lot, we watched it get unloaded, looked it over, then went back to his office to talk. About 15 minutes later after gettin all the peotective coverings off, we took it for a test drive. Melvin's manager & I worked out a very fair trade on my car for this new one. I believeI am the first to purchase a 2012 Golf R Arkansas. I was going to pick it up Monday but the dealer's people worked late & got it checked out and I took it home that evening. I would recommend the dealership and especially the salesperson, Melvin Smith. I will also add that EVERYBODY there was genuinely friendly & attentave. More
The experience we had at North Point buying a car for our daughter could not have been better. He spent more time with us and my daughter after the deal was completely done showing my daughter the options and how to set up her blue tooth phone etc. This was very impressive since you would think he would want to move on to other sales since he already had ours. Very impressed and appreciative of this. The financial guy also was very helpful and even spent some time talking to my 16 daughter about how important it was to build good credit as soon as you can. I will be recomending this dealer to anyone that is looking to purchase a car... More
I was shocked to read the stellar reviews on this dealership. I am an E7 with a credit score around 800. I wanted to make a new car purchase, and they would only speak to me in person.
