Paid a $500 deductible. .which in true I was told it could be nonrefundable..for a vehicle in transit, not on the lot. I ended up finding the same vehicle at another dealersh .which in true I was told it could be nonrefundable..for a vehicle in transit, not on the lot. I ended up finding the same vehicle at another dealership slight cheaper. I tried to negotiate pricing ($300 lesser) with this dealer and they would not go down. One of the sales guys called me trying to sell me another type of vehicle and asked me if I still wanted the car..because another dealership wanted it. I put the deposit down on. I eventually bought my car from another dealer. I called to see if I could get my deposit back..the car still hasn't made it to the lot..I was basically told no by a manager named Mo. I put down a deposit why would you then try to sell me another vehicle.. from a simple humanity standpoint it would not have hurt or kept them from selling this vehicle to give back my deposit. I am glad I didn't do business here. Take your business to Volkswagen of Little Rock. More

Was told my sales tax would be paid but was never written down because the finance person said we would owe any. Went to register the car and ended up having to pay sales tax went back to talk to the dealer and they didn't stand by the deal. Messed up our paperwork as well. I encourage anyone to go to the other VW dealership in Little Rock. Only good thing about the experience was the salesman. More

Salesman was terrible.. Salesman said he was on disability so he didn't want to make any commission. This way he could give us the best deal. We left and got a beautiful new VW from Owens-Murphy at a price and options he couldn't even come close to. I swear I will never go to them ever again. More
