Complete online buying experience I bought my car without ever going into the dealership. Everything was cv one online and via text and phone. I live 3 hours away. They delivered the car to me with the paperwork to sign. I shopped around and the other dealers were mot even close This is the second vehicle I have bought from this location. Accommodating and helpful Ron went out of his way to help me find the vehicle that I could afford and suited my needs. Unlike the other dealerships in the area, I did not feel Ron went out of his way to help me find the vehicle that I could afford and suited my needs. Unlike the other dealerships in the area, I did not feel pressured at this one. Ron did his best to explain things that I needed repeat it but, at the same time he did not talk down to me. I was in a bit of a time crunch and Ron along with the other staff Did a wonderful job at moving things along as best as they could. I highly recommend this dealership and asking for Ron if possible. That does not come lightly! More
Boycott Mclarty Nissan I just want to say that I have never in my life been to a dealership like this one. It was a horrible experience and the more I talk with people about I just want to say that I have never in my life been to a dealership like this one. It was a horrible experience and the more I talk with people about it the more I think I need to report to the attorney general/better business bureau about what happened to me. I was desperately needing a dependable car. I work in the medical field and I am always traveling/last minute change of plans with my job. I talked to Ron on the phone about a Chevy Cruze and he told me to come on down to look at it. On my way there he called me to tell me that it had been sold and wasn't taken off the website yet. He told me to still come down and look at their other cruzes. I looked at one/test drove it and everything was fine. I told him to see if we can make a deal. We got everything worked out. I go to leave and the engine light comes on. The car was jerking when trying to accelerate and at times could barley accelerate. It was near closing time so he told me to come back Monday so they could look at it. I had to take off work that Monday which was an inconvenience in itself. Got there right when they were opening and he told me that the service department would look at it. After about an hour of waiting he told us to go drive around and he would call when he knew something. Around 1:30, I finally asked what was going on and he told me to come back to get a loaner car to drive cause it wouldn't be ready. I had to ask every few days for an update cause I haven't heard anything. My work schedule is crazy so I was hoping for a light day that I could come get the car. They had the car for a full week. I went back the next Monday. Picked up the car, was so happy that I finally have a decent car and drive off the lot and the freaking engine light was back on!!! It was jerking still. Had no power. It was like the car was never touched!!! This car wasn't inspected to begin with before it was put on the lot. That is horrible business. You would think with a name like Mclarty Nissan you would think everything would be checked out to ensure that the car is safe and reliable for the customer. I've seen reviews now that I wish I read before coming to this dealership. I went back to the dealership yesterday and was told that they would put me in a different car for the same price. I was very upset and started to cry. I didn't have time to deal with this. Ron was upset. He told the GM to come talk to me but no one came. That was okay because I will be taking this higher up /leaving reviews anyway. They ended up showing me a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and I liked it okay but it wasn't what I wanted. I had no other choice but to get this car since my car was already gone and I was told I couldn't back out of the deal. This car was not the same price. Not what I wanted but it will get me to where I need to go for now. As soon as I can, I will be trading this car, but I will never set foot back in this dealership again. I will tell this experience to everyone in my path also. I will be going to a dealership with compassion and empathy for their customers. Stand behind your vehicles. It's not safe practice to just throw them on a lot and hope for the best. Now I'm just hoping I get my paperwork on time. By the looks of it, it looks like most people get their paperwork late and end up paying late fees. 😳 P.S. Ron is a great salesman, not pushy, and the only one that seemed like he cared. More

Sounds suspicious so I contacted the dealership on 4/24/17 to inquire as to which models were selling for 25% off MSRP. JESSICA was unable to list any models available under these provisions. Glad I didn't waste any more time with this dealership. Remember if it sounds too good to be true........it probably is. Felipe More
