Great customer service I took my car in for regular oil change. Dropped it off and they had it ready in about 20 min if not less. Asked about a piece I found in my trunk and I took my car in for regular oil change. Dropped it off and they had it ready in about 20 min if not less. The only “negative” is they forgot to reset my maintence needed light but that is not anything to right a negative review about. More

Routine maintenance and recall parts It was good, they said it would take some time so they provided a courtesy shuttle van to drop me off at home and they picked me up. I had a concern and they took it seriously I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair. When I picked it up I thought the tire rotation had not been done and called the ser I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair. When I picked it up I thought the tire rotation had not been done and called the service manager Steve. I brought the car back the next morning and he took the time to show me it was actually done. I take my car maintenance very seriously and I appreciate the willingness to show me it was done correctly. Thank you very much. More

Oil change & tire Rotation I got home & heard a funny noise & the sound would come & go!! I live 50 miles away so I was not in your area to bring it back in! After a few days of the sound coming & going a friend told me to check the lug nuts to see if the were loose! When I did every lug nut was loose on my wheels!! My friend said I could have really had a bad accident with all of them being loose like that! Also I’m not so sure if I didn’t ruin the rims driving it while they were loose all week! I’ve been taking my car to your service department for a long time!! I’m very disappointed! Someone needs to talk to the service department about making sure the wheels are tighten up after rotating them! I will be calling to talk to someone about this soon!!! More
