Oil change The service was great, the personnel were prompt, polite and the waiting room was stocked with water and quality coffees. BUT, the oil change cost $48 The service was great, the personnel were prompt, polite and the waiting room was stocked with water and quality coffees. BUT, the oil change cost $48. That was more than I was expecting. The oil installed is Mobile One Synthetic which, despite what the service manager said, should be good for more than 5000 miles before the need to change. That could account for the increased cost. In the past it has cost closer to $35 and the oil was Penzoil. Changing oil brands is something I have tried to avoid because the detergents used by different manufacturers don’t mix and can create sludge. That was one of the reasons I returned to the same place for an oil change, expecting that the same brand oil would be used. More

I've purchased 3 Nissans from Wafai since July 2010 and he's the most pleasant salesman on site to deal with. I'm sure there may be other good salesman but there are a lot of the same ole obnoxious salesman and managers that you'd expect to find at a car dealership at this location. I'd rather have a bad Monday at work than have to deal with a sales team that tries to keep me in a dealership all day long trying to wear me down. I find that dated tactic most disrespectful and annoying. If it weren't for Wafai understanding that, I probably would never return to this dealership. More
