Great service! I came in for a routine oil change and tire roatation, and when an unexpected problem occurred during the oil change, the staff took care of the issue I came in for a routine oil change and tire roatation, and when an unexpected problem occurred during the oil change, the staff took care of the issue and didn’t charge me for that part. I have never received the same level of excellent service at the dealer where I have to take my husband’s truck. It’s night and day, and that’s why I bring my Jule with 250,000 miles to McLarty Nissan in North Little Rock for all its maintenance.needs. It’s no hassle, and I get service I trust. It’s very much appreciated! More
Never Again Second time buying from McLarty and that’s my mistake. First time the finance department did a bunch of shady stuff after being exhausted from being a Second time buying from McLarty and that’s my mistake. First time the finance department did a bunch of shady stuff after being exhausted from being at the dealership all day. I came back three years later with the understanding that it was mostly new staff. Finance guy was great this time. However, when I wasn’t happy with the price on the 2018 Altima I test drove, I asked to be shown some other 2018 Altimas and the salesman told me the one I had driven was the only one they had left. I showed him on my phone that the website showed 14 2018 Altimas in stock and he said he didn’t know why it showed that because the one I had driven was the only one they had left. My boyfriend was with me and witnessed all of this. I was doubtful but gave the benefit of the doubt that a person wouldn’t outright lie to my face. That was my mistake again because he was outright lying and there were, and still are, several 2018 Altimas in stock. I was prepared to buy a new car and only chose the car I did because I was told it was the only 2018 Altima. That was a flat-out LIE and I would have picked a different 2018 Altima if I had been shown them like I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO BE SHOWN AND WAS LIED TO. I have bought two cars and referred two people to McLarty who also bought cars (because I very much liked my salesperson in 2016). I will NEVER patronize McLarty again and will tell every person I know to avoid them at all costs. More
