Good experience I went strictly for online prices I saw but the salesman seemed surprised at the online price and said something along the lines of needing to read th I went strictly for online prices I saw but the salesman seemed surprised at the online price and said something along the lines of needing to read the fine print to see what all discounts are applied (which I did read the fine print that was available). So, I did not get the deal I expected to get but I did get fairly close so went ahead and signed the contract. I will add that I have excellent credit so that may have played a role in getting the price down where I wanted. I did like that the salesmen are not like vultures like at other dealerships. They even gave my friend and I the key and we went on a test drive by ourselves which is nice. Overall a good experience besides the issue with online prices. More

Awesome place to take my Rogue!!! Everyone is very professional and courteous every time I have come here! The staff are also very knowledgeable. The waiting area is very comfortable. Forgetful and wrongfully billing Paid for parts, we got home to realize they had not been replaced. We were not notified of this and my husband used to be a mechanic and was looking o Paid for parts, we got home to realize they had not been replaced. We were not notified of this and my husband used to be a mechanic and was looking over everything and realized it. He called the service department which wanted us to come back, which meant stop our day, which could not happen to come back to the dealership. My husband had open heart surgery (5 bypasses) and had therapy. He went back this morning to get it resolved. They tried to say it was an honest mistake which would have warranted a phone call, which we didn’t receive. They didn’t replace them but we still should’ve received a phone call if it was an honest mistake More
