Too much turnover I have had a couple of bad experiences. The first time was with my 2010 Altima two years ago. The second bad experience was when they tested the battery on my Maxima and said it was good but I had to get a jump off at work. More

Not nice at all Came in for a noise with my car and also told them was near being due for an oil change. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room before I got up to see Came in for a noise with my car and also told them was near being due for an oil change. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room before I got up to see what was wrong and why I had not been told anything, was advised that they had been VERY BUSY and that I need to bring the car back when I had time to leave with them. I said “ My car could not been looked at within 21/2 hours and they stated “no”. Was very upset.. also the sticker they put in my window for the oil chg came off while I was driving.....NOT HAPPY!!
