When I first meet with Dustin, He listened to what I wanted. With in the first hour after I left he found 3 cars that had the items I was looking for. With in 2 days I was driving one of those cars home & I could not be happier. Dustin was a good listener, respected me with my choices & did not push me into something I did not want. I could not be happier. I am sharing my story to everyone I meet that is looking too buy a car & making sure they ask for Dustin. Every one at the North Point Nissan Store was very friendly & made me feel like I was the only person that they had to deal with even though there were other people there. Paid alot of money for my truck, It had to be taken in 3 times for leaking sunroof after truck was nearly flooded after a 10 in hard rain on the last time it leakd they have been very nice and have replaced times for leaking sunroof after truck was nearly flooded after a 10 in hard rain on the last time it leakd they have been very nice and have replaced it all 3 times BUT the sunroof rubber will not stay in place now due to it being cut for some reason, I also have a noise coming from front end and they found nothing it is still doing it and now it sounds like it has a U joint going out when u punch the gas to it at most all take off points, I have not reported this last one yet, but I will tomorrow. All the people I have dealt with have been very nice and curtious and so have I but I paid way to much for this ride to have to take it to them this many times bfore my 1 st payment is due. I know they will fix it but wwith me being handicaped it is still a inconvience to me If I had to go to work every day I would not be able to do all this coming and going. I pray that this does not continue for the life of my payment. The last Nissan Titan I bought but from a different dealer was in the shop more than on the road and thats why I traded it in to begin with within 12 months. I bought the 1st one at ORRR NISSAN IN SEARCY and I definately would not buy a car there but I love my recent purchase of another Titanfrom Northpoint, but the maintence has already started on this one in the 2nd day I got it, I do hope we get it worked out, I cant afford to pay over 40K for a truck that I have to worry about a possibility of a continuing problematic situation. I have had older Nissans 2000 model for example that never ever broke down or had to have anything major even after 260,000 miles that I put on it so I think the older Nissans were made alot better. But like I said, I am sure they will get it worked out for me God willing. More

The sales process went okay but the after service disappoint big time. Car was delivered without full tank of gas and not completely clean. I went back to see the Gary (sales manager) on Sunday who looked at it and told me that he will replace them. He told me to call him on Monday to remind him but could never get a hold of him until my wife called and got a hold of him. I should have know that ws a red flag. Almost a month went by, we didn't hear anything from him and when we call he never answer his phone and never return messages. We ended up have a friend of our called to get him on the phone. He tried to negate his way out by saying the car was sold "As-Is" that he is not obligated to fix it. Then he went on to say that he by his "kind heart" will fix it for us and to give a couple days. Few days went by without hearing anything back from him, we decided to call (several calls) and he finally called our friend (not us) and claimed that he had enough of our calls. He also claimed that we yelled at the receptionist, which we did not. He never answers his calls and returns messages and we told the receptionist that we need to talk to the store manager. As of the moment of this review, we are scheduled to have the parts fixed (after about a month of hassle). My bottom line is, the sales manager is not living us his promises. He pretends to be very nice upfrond but is actually sneaky. He thoughts we will froget about the parts after a while. More
