Oil was changed well and they effectively fixed an issue with my tire that had a large screw lodged in it. Cliff handled every need, handled every want, and exceeded each and every expectation I had. Nissan service I went to have my vehicle looked at and find the problem. I had been hearing humming and also hearing rattling noises. They took my vehicle for a spin I went to have my vehicle looked at and find the problem. I had been hearing humming and also hearing rattling noises. They took my vehicle for a spin and bought it back saying they didn’t hear anything, they also put it on the machine and said they didn’t hear anything. After getting it back and hearing the same noises, I took it back, asked for someone to ride with me which they provided. They then found the problem, I did like how they were able to tell me what the problem was and what it would take to get it fixed. I also like how they let you know the things that you’ll need to have serviced and the prices you may be looking at ahead of time. The customer service I received from Cole was great. Also, anytime I’m there and I’m interested in looking around, Keiko Meeks meets with me, he makes sure I get whatever it is that I’m in need of whether it is great conversation or a bottle of water.
