This is the second time I have had poor service. Two times in a row I requested service due a warranty issue. Both times I specifically explained the problem. I was given a date and time to arrive for service. Both times I was notified on arrival that the individual specialist for the problem was not available on that day!!!! This caused me to come back a second time for the first problem. This time someone besides the required specialist made the repair. As it was an issue with the navigation system, the results of the service visit is unknown. As I live 30 miles away from your dealership, I did not appreciate having to make the trip twice. This is extremely poor service. More

Very fast service and friendly, curtious advisors. I purchased my car there and all of the service on it has been done there as well as my husband's Honda. Repair of Water Leak on Floor The problem was not corrected. I never met my service provider. He was not their in the morning when I arrived to drop off the car and was not there The problem was not corrected. I never met my service provider. He was not their in the morning when I arrived to drop off the car and was not there when I picked it up. I never spoke to him in person. The leak in my car was not corrected although the service adviser said that it was corrected. When I brought it back on 8-18-18 there was no loaner cars available for me to use so I could not leave it for the problem to be corrected. More

My salesman was a great guy, i felt i got a decent deal, but they did not stand behind the product in my eyes. I took a whole day off work for visit, and i waited for 7 hours with no courtesy car and after that did not even fix the problems More

Upon arrival I discovered that in fact it was not the price for cash payment but the price if purchased via an outrageous dealer Finance scheme. when they finally agreed to sell me the car for the price on the website with cash payment I agreed to purchase it. Upon signing the paperwork I discovered a fee was added to the price which I had not agreed to pay and the salesman said I would not have to pay it. The whole experience was a stressful ordeal. Additionally, the dealer advertising on the back of the car had been agreed to be removed up on possession of the car. It was still on the back of the car when I arrived to pick the car up. I will NEVER do business with McLarty Auto Group again. More
