Fit me right in at the last minute. I stopped by this past Saturday morning the salesman Cole advised me that it would be a 3 hour wait. I asked what time they closed he replied 5, I inf I stopped by this past Saturday morning the salesman Cole advised me that it would be a 3 hour wait. I made it there at 4:30 in bad need of an oil change and the sales lady Renaye advised me normally they don't take vehicles after 4 but let me see what I can do. They worked me right in and I'm forever great full to them for that. More

Service and maintenance problems Bought 2017 Nissan Titan 4x4 with all the bells and whistles. It has had a constant rattle in the back which their mechanics cannot find however when I took service advisor for a ride he heard it quite well!!! Also just took it for regular service and after arguing with service people that I DO have a prepaid service agreement they finally conceded just to call me after I got home (40 miles away) and asked if I was still in town coz after he checked I don’t have the PPMP...ummm I told him check again coz I was looking at it at that moment. Well 30 minutes later he calls back to say...Oh yeah we found it...really???? I paid GOOD money for that and should not be HARRASSED for using it!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Won’t buy from them again! And truck only has 22k miles on it and still constant rattle!!! More

Interesting I came in for service but killed time looking at displayed cars. I walked by 5 salesmen, looked at 4 vehicles, went outside and back, and was ignored I came in for service but killed time looking at displayed cars. I walked by 5 salesmen, looked at 4 vehicles, went outside and back, and was ignored while all those guys made sexist comments at a woman wiping down a car in a showroom. Only on way back to service did Tommy (who was on his way in from somewhere else) ask I had been helped. I had fun looking at trucks but didn’t see anything I could use. Despite knowing I wasn’t likely buying a truck today, Tommy was great. Any wonder why he is your best producer? More

I told them who I was there to see (James Forrester) and they immediately retrieved him. The vehicle I originally planned to look at was not on the lot but thankfully I had another car in mind. Mr Forrester located the car and drove me to the other side of little rock just to look at it. I was not expecting that and was impressed that he took his time to do so. Mr Forrester answered all the questions I had about the car. He made my first car buying experience from a dealership very easy. He got me a good deal and a very nice vehicle. Also I was impressed by the financial office. They reviewed the insurance policies they had and helped me choose the best one for me. More

Satisfaction guaranteed ! I went in for an oil change and Cliff added the tire rotation, which is probably standard, but he made me feel like I was cared for! He also help me !
