I can’t believe that in a nissan dealer a versa note arrives with a failure and takes almost four days to find the problem. Cluster**** Got sold a car that wasn't supposed to be sold. It hadn't had an inspection was told it was ready to go. Then find out after I insisted that they do t Got sold a car that wasn't supposed to be sold. It hadn't had an inspection was told it was ready to go. Then find out after I insisted that they do the inspection, that the transmission was bad. Was. Told they would fix it, then 3 days later when the repairs were more than they thought they would be, got informed that they were not fixing it. And I was forced to find another vehicle. After a week of looking I settled on a vehicle that. I'm satisfied with but it was the next part I still don't understand. The car I purchased didn't have a key fob but was told they would get on. I returned a few days later fory wife to sign the sales contract, and was told it would be 15 min to get it programmed. It took them a week. And even after I called to make sure it was ready, was told it was, I drive there and find out the car hadn't moved and wasn't ready because the key fob went to a different vehicle. They had to order another one like they should have done in the first place. Also, even after I was told the next day it would be ready, I waited an extra 2 days for them to contact me. When they didnt, I contacted them to find out that it STILL hadn't been programmed. It took the customer service representative to go to the service shop and make them get it ready before they made any effort. It was the WORST VEHICLE BIYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I gave my word to shop there first when we buy our next vehicle but it would take an act of God for us to do business with them again. Period. And dont get me started on my original salesman. Very angry little man. Had it not been for Marty trying to make the sale happen, we would have went elsewhere. More

Great experience I had been thinking about getting a new car when I got a call from the salesman inviting me to visit the lot. He listened to me about what I was looki I had been thinking about getting a new car when I got a call from the salesman inviting me to visit the lot. He listened to me about what I was looking for and delivered. He made it all flow very easily & took the time at the end to help me set up the Bluetooth with my phone & familiarize me with all the features. This is the 6th Nissan that I’ve purchased and this was the best experience of them all. Harry Smith is a great salesman and knows how to supply all the information & to be patient to allow the customer time to make the decision. Great experience & very happy with our purchase. More
