Bad experience. Long time customer in for a recall installation appt @ 10 AM. Waiting area was freezing, no one knew how to warm it. Coffee machine was out of order Long time customer in for a recall installation appt @ 10 AM. Waiting area was freezing, no one knew how to warm it. Coffee machine was out of order (employee said a roach had crawled out of it). Service manager told me about 4:15 that the part had to be ordered & would be in in a few days. Next day part was in and I returned at 10 & was taken back to my home. I was called about 1:30 and told the courtesy van would be at my home to collect me. About 2:50 I was told the driver would be back from lunch @ 3. He arrived after 3:30. I am totally disgusted and will consider other options. I will be truthful if my friends ask about the dealership and it will not be pretty. More

Good Service Took our Pathfinder in due to a trans axle leak. The staff did their best to accommodate us, including a loaner car while a part was ordered. taking in my car for mfg recall Received letter saying that the ignition was recalled. Called dealership to book appointment. It took about an hour and a half to replace the part. My experience was great! Renaye Benjamin was a great help! Renaye took her time and help me with every need that I needed for my car.
