3 hours for an oil change The service men took 3 hours for my oil change. And no one kept me updated about the progress and seemed annoyed when I asked at the two hour mark, wh The service men took 3 hours for my oil change. I have been coming here for nearly four years after buying my second car from here. But I yet feel unappreciated. To top it off, I had coupon for 19.95 oil change yet, the service man ONLY took 19.95 off of the service. Wow! More
