We absolutely LOVED our experience with McLarty Nissan. We found a used Jeep a Grand Cherokee on their lot and fell in love with it! Utomi Nwanne (Tomi) was so helpful! He has a great personality and was fun to work with! The whole deal was super fast- of course it went faster bc we knew what vehicle we wanted. The week after buying it I had to bring it back a few times to get some cosmetic issues worked out , they were very nice and didn’t act like it was a bother to them to do a little extra to make sure we were happy! Service & Repair You Can Trust I was content with my car, it was paid for and it was in good condition. When it needed a few repairs I thought I was saving money by having it repair I was content with my car, it was paid for and it was in good condition. When it needed a few repairs I thought I was saving money by having it repaired outside of McLarty Nissan Service Center.… BIG Mistake. When I realized my car was not being repaired property, I took it back to McLarty Nissan Service Center where Rob Smith was able to tell me EVERYTHING wrong with my car and what the other so called mechanic did. When I took it back to the other mechanic to fix his mistakes he had no choice but to admit his mistakes and repaired it at no extra charge. I will never take my car to another mechanic again. Thank you Rob and the McLarty Nissan Service center for all of your hard work, decency, honesty and professionalism! More
