Horrible experience with their Sales Department! ! I have been buying and trading cars with Mclarty Nissan of LR for almost 10 years straight. I traded in my Nissan for a used Subaru on a Saturday ! I have been buying and trading cars with Mclarty Nissan of LR for almost 10 years straight. I traded in my Nissan for a used Subaru on a Saturday evening. After signing the paperwork, my salesman left without letting me know and before finalizing my sale. Before leaving with the purchased vehicle, I noticed its touch screen was damaged and nonfunctional. I told another salesman but was instructed my salesman (who I found out had left to go to a family party) would call me first thing Monday morning. Nobody called me. After several days of trying to return the car, because it needs $1400 in repairs to be operational- the sales department refuses to let me cancel the purchase. I have been told it will take anywhere from 2 weeks, a few days, and 4-6 weeks out before the vehicle is repaired. They said Arkansas won’t let them take the car back because there is no ‘grace period’ under law. More
