I cannot say enough good things about McLarty Nissan in Little Rock! I had a procedure at Arkansas Heart Hospital today and when leaving the clinic had some car trouble that would have prevented me dri Little Rock! I had a procedure at Arkansas Heart Hospital today and when leaving the clinic had some car trouble that would have prevented me driving back to El Dorado and not much further than 5-10 miles. Luckily McLarty and their awesome staff took great care of me. The Service Dept closes at 6:00PM but John L , the most awesome tech, stayed and finished the 3 hour job several hours after his normal off time! I did not buy my vehicle at McLarty but will use them every chance I get. The level of customer service by this staff was genuine with the mindset to take the best care possible of a customer. I cannot believe this was a one time thing but rather how they conduct their business! Kudos to all of you and my sincere gratitude for helping me get home!!! More
