We sat for 2 hours running numbers on a car that we were told was being brought over from a sister lot. So my boyfriend goes to buy a car and finds a sensible one for an okay price at North Point Nissan and decides to buy. He signs all the paperwork and gets the key but it was late so they decide to finish one for an okay price at North Point Nissan and decides to buy. Over the weekend he had the keys and we were discussing it but had other things to do so we couldn't go get it and they said they would call when the last paper was done, WHICH THEY DIDNT SEEM TO BE IN A HUGE HURRY ABOUT AND THE GUY SELLING US THE CAR WASN'T EVEN AT WORK WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT IT ON SATURDAY, so we assumed we would finish it up today. THE JERKS SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER US ON SATURDAY!!! Even though my boyfriend had the keys and signed the paperwork! Just sold the dang car and didn't even inform us! I will be purchasing a big SUV soon and we thought hey they seem nice and we'll buy it from them and these could probably be our car guys for all other future purchases. HECK NO!! WHAT JERKS! HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE THE KEYS AND THAN SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. If this is how they do business than how else do they rip people off? After this I looked online and we aren't the only ones they have screwed over. So I want people to know that if you need a new car go somewhere else! More
I(Jane Bardega) have brought my Versa in for scheduled oil changes and have been treated just wonderful. The service writer Jackie is also terriffic. Beware: North Point Nissan does not deserve your Beware: North Point Nissan does not deserve your business. First, my wife and I tried to buy our Rogue at North Point. We were treated like chil Beware: North Point Nissan does not deserve your business. First, my wife and I tried to buy our Rogue at North Point. We were treated like children and basically told that the sticker price on last year's model was the final price- I assume because we are young. We went to another dealership and got the price we wanted and great service. North Point kept us going back and forth for 3 hours and, in the end, refused to negotiate. Secondly, I made the mistake of returning to North Point (it is close to my job) when I noticed that our Rogue's paint was messed up. The car is still well within warranty and, while they told me that the splotches I had were not warrant-able, they showed me that my paint was defective and had extremely heavy "orange peel." I was told by the service manager that they would have to repaint the entire vehicle. I said "great." They did an estimate. I waited 3 months and nobody called about painting my car even though I was told they would call. I called and found out that no warranty claim had ever been filed. I filed the claim myself and went to the dealership to have it looked at again. I was soon told that my paint was defective, but they would only paint the parts that looked the worst, not the whole car. This is a black car and I know that you will be able to tell that the car has been painted unless it is painted all at once- the whole thing. When I argued with North Point, they told me the offer was REVOKED!!! So I have defective paint that they said is covered under warranty and they refuse to help! They also told me their lawyers are "on it." So now I have defective paint that is covered under the warranty and I feel like have been threatened with legal action. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE. More
My experience with North Point Nissan has always been a great experience. Renaye is always there in the service department to greet you by name and answer any questions that needs to be answered. She always makes sure that you are informed about your vehicle before they start the work. We called ahead to look at a car and someone named Nate said it was still there. Mind you, this was right before we came.
