He provided a no pressure buying experience that I had never encountered when purchasing a vehicle. We were able to make the complete transaction inan hour and a half. Great Sales Encounter😉 Arrived a little after 8:00am on Saturday. Salesmen were not working the lot so we went to find someone. We were referred to James and he was a jewel. They've had my vehicle for over a month and still NOTHING. I've paid my first car note for a vehicle that I only had in my possession for 2.5 days. No one returns phone calls and they're full of lies and deceit. I've been asking for my money back for at least 3 weeks and they tell me the deal has been funded so I can't receive my down payment back. Tami Dickerson is a liar and so is Marty!! It mad my heart race reading these reviews I wish I would've read them before I did business with them. A month later still no vehicle. Screw Mclarty Nissan LR. Worst exp ever I feel completely trapped. This was my first purchase in states on black Friday 2016 due to attractive offers. I opted for nissan altima s and paid 3k I feel completely trapped. This was my first purchase in states on black Friday 2016 due to attractive offers. I opted for nissan altima s and paid 3k as cash and rest on 14 per rate of interest from nissan. When vehicle arrived it had more than 500 miles ran on tht which was shocking as I had taken test drive of 5 miles driven car and purchased a brand new car. They said its beneficial for you as you can claim service early. I was like I am trapped and was losing my heart beat.. I drove till home and later in evening went for 5 miles to get feel of my new car. But at my surprise I was feeling I am driving a used car..lot of noise in engine which ai couldnt bear..immediately called up and they asked me to come over next day where they offered me nissan rogue in exchange of altima though 4k more paid for that and no discount given for black friday as black friday is over and oer them sales will go on saturday so I am not eligible for any discount now. I was in deep shock but I wanted to get rid of the junk I paid 6k extra for rogue. Now to my surprise they added some extended protection on my vehicle without my knowledge where I had to pay 2700 extra on total cost of car. I asked them to remove that immediately as I am not sure I am going to keep this car for long then why extended protection required and you are not supposed to do this without my confirmation..they agreed and said it will reflect in a month. Month and half over nothing happened I went back to them and they said manager on vacction..come next week. I waited for week and went back they said its not been initated dont know why. Dont worry I am gonna do it now. Wait for another month it will reflect. Guys u wont believe 2 months over ..still my money is no record and rhey fiving me dates. This is worst exp unprofessional dealer I hqve seen .I have to go on unpaid off to talk to them as they listen such complaints on weekends. I feel like completely trapped now. And going on and on to them is just wasting my time money and fuel for no reason and their fault. I paid extra on car first as my purchase didnt fall on black friday which was their fault to give me junk body and asking me to exchange with rogue. This is how they trap customers. Bad Experience Our Nissan car has a break problem, and a friend (who does not have a Nissan car) told us that she used to repair her car at the dealer; therefore, we Our Nissan car has a break problem, and a friend (who does not have a Nissan car) told us that she used to repair her car at the dealer; therefore, we decided to repair our car at the McLarty Nissan Dealer in Little Rock (1 Colonel Glenn Plaza Dr). We asked the service department about the estimate to repair the break. The gentleman told us that we have to leave the car for diagnosis, and they will call us at a later time to let us know the cost of the repair. On the next day a gentleman called me, and he told me that the repair will cost $775 including taxes. I told him that we do not want to repair the break at this price, and we will pick the car up. When we arrived to pick up the car they told us we need to pay $138 (including taxes) as fees for the diagnosis. I believe if they want to charge this amount of money for the diagnosis only ($138 including taxes) they should mention the diagnosis fees at the beginning because the diagnosis fees in several respectable auto repair services are much less than this amount. I paid $138 for the diagnosis only, but this is my worst experience with all repair services. Bad Bad Bad experience! I will never go to this dealer again. More

i feel i was treated horrible I have already given a review about my experience with this dealership and it is no longer on the site so i put up a new one which the owner replied t I have already given a review about my experience with this dealership and it is no longer on the site so i put up a new one which the owner replied to as my first review wss still there & to respond to the response ibwas given on my first review which i still can't see on the review site when she clearly could have stated on my new review what she claimed to have responded to already. Obviously mine and from what others have said on the review site that the ratings are no longer available so the right way to respond would be to respond with the same message from before if i can no longer even see my first review. Still...would like my situation rectified because i was put in a faulty car More
