Over selling I have only owned by Altima for a year and a half. I'm at 40k miles. This car needs more maintenance work than any vehicle I've ever owned. Every time I have only owned by Altima for a year and a half. I'm at 40k miles. This car needs more maintenance work than any vehicle I've ever owned. Every time I take it in for service, I'm told it needs a plethora of service offerings. Every Nissan service department makes me feel like I'm driving a ticking time bomb if I don't purchase an unreasonable amount of maintenance services. My wife refuses to take it in for service any longer because she always gets pressured to purchase additional services. I am actively shopping to trade this vehicle in and will likely be my last Nissan. Upon this most recent visit I was told I needed a new cabin air filter. When I told the service advisor I changed it myself 3 weeks ago he told me they hadn't checked it, It was recommended based on the status of the engine air filter. I told him they needed to be actually inspecting things before recommending services so they wouldn't look foolish. While I have loved the car, I cannot keep up with the maintenance costs. More

Long wait and disappointing The wait for an oil change was over an hour when I went and wanted to have my speaker looked at also which I was was told I would have to wait an addi The wait for an oil change was over an hour when I went and wanted to have my speaker looked at also which I was was told I would have to wait an additional 90 minutes when I was told next time I had a problem just come in. Didn’t wait for that but I did for the oil change thinking that my first one would be free as it has been with every other new car I have bought but nope it cost me $50 I would have gone to the dealer in Hot Springs were it’s only $35 if I would have known I would have to pay. I will go to a different dealership from now on including buying a vehicle! More
