Caught them lying about performing service on my Rogue 3 times withing 2 days of going to the dealership. The vehicle was never touched and I was told 3 time it was completed. There was no coolant in the re times withing 2 days of going to the dealership. The vehicle was never touched and I was told 3 time it was completed. There was no coolant in the reservoir or any washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir. So I new they did not even change the oil. What really made me irritated about the whole incident is they acted like it was no big deal after lying about it 3 times. So there is no telling how many other people that have taken their vehicle in for service and were lied to about it being done. More
