Hi, I had my car serviced on 08/26. It was early & I had just gotten off work. My service rep was named Robert. He was so pleasant! He explained how long my wait was going to be, what was being done to my car, & that there was coffee, if I needed it. He also said if I had questions or concerns, to call him.
