Absolutely amazing experience! Dylan Davis was beyond awesome! I’m a little credit challenged and so very used to car dealerships treating me like only a FICO score. Dylan answered all my questions, let me take this MKX for.l a test drive and again let me ask a million questions. When we sat down at the desk and i filled out all the paperwork I was ready for the turndown. Not so. Not only was I approved he cane back with a big smile congratulating me! I felt like a customer that was wanted every step of the way! I highly recommend this dealership! Amazon folks from sales to F&I to service! You will not be disappointed. Thank you all! Very clean space. Nice employees. I have a service plan. They usually get me in quickly. It takes about 45 min to an hour. My only criticism on my last visit is I was promised a car wa I have a service plan. They usually get me in quickly. It takes about 45 min to an hour. My only criticism on my last visit is I was promised a car wash and it didn't happen. I should have said something, but I was ready to get to my day. Overall a good experience. More

Awesome, Efficient Service Changed oil and filter, did a multiple point check and washed the car in less than 45 minutes. You can’t beat that.
