Slow response The car, like Nissan is great, After the sale it was very disappointing , this is the 3rd car I have bought from Mclarty , There has been no correspon The car, like Nissan is great, After the sale it was very disappointing , this is the 3rd car I have bought from Mclarty , There has been no correspondence with any Nissan rep since the sale , My Son has been notified due to a sale he made some years ago. He is upset with me because they keep notifying him of my sale, ridiculous. I just hope my paper work gets to me and not him. I have had 5 stokes and this is causing me and my wife great stress. They did call me once and ask for a check for the car all the while knowing who the lender was and had made arrangements with them before we picked up the car, this was just a tactic to add stress to me in hopes of speeding up the process. Clay Benton does respond to my text when I text him , I suppose that is the one positive experience. I honestly don't know how or why they are in business, if they are so discontent that they feel that the customer is stupid and useless then why not move on. Never again. More
