In and out, great service Brand new car was having starting issues, took it in, dropped it off while I went and handled other business for the day. Came back, salesman was nowh Brand new car was having starting issues, took it in, dropped it off while I went and handled other business for the day. Came back, salesman was nowhere to be found (found out later on he was taking care of business, so no biggie on that) salesman told me nothing was wrong, they even “charged the battery”. Ok, great. Thanks for checking it out. Went home, no big deal. Car had starting issues AGAIN that next day, and that Monday. I would call me salesman and let him know, but I honesty feel like they would just tell me the same thing again to quell me and make me go away. While my salesman means well, I have my doubts if the service techs are even actually certified. My service guy seemed like he was in a rush when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my BRAND NEW car, like he didn’t really care. It’s not like I just committed myself to a new car and just about 30k dollars or anything... just saying. More

Never again Very High pressure Sales once you get inside almost to the point they make it hard for you to leave. During the process of purchasing I asked if I Very High pressure Sales once you get inside almost to the point they make it hard for you to leave. During the process of purchasing I asked if I could check on financing with my credit union that I knew was offering 2.5% at the time and was told they (Nissan) have very competitive financing and I would loose all incentives Nissan offered if I went through financing other than theirs. They said I could get the Nissan incentives and that after making 3 payments I could refinance through my credit union with no penalties if I found that their interest rates were better. They then made a deal that gets me a monthly payment I could live with and ran me through the paperwork at breakneck speed. I found that once the dust clears and you actually have time to look at what you're actually getting you will discover that the added expenses and costs the dealer tacked on above the price you thought you were dealing with has you financing more than the car was worth to begin with and totally negates the equity from your trade in. Combine that along with the depreciation of driving their car off the lot and you're really screwed, you will owe more that you could possibly refinance even after the three payments you are required to make. So you would be out more cash out of pocket to refinance or you're stuck with the higher Nissan interest rate you got (6.9%) and I have excellent credit ratings. On top of all that I was never given or offered my free oil change that was dangled out there as a incentive to buy from them, but now that I know how they do business it's no surprise. For how I feel I was taken advantage of I should have at least got lifetime oil changes. Yea, 50% my fault for thinking a dealership would deal fairly and truthfully with you if you tried to do so with them. I guess my last couple of positive car buying experiences (different dealer and car brand) had me off guard. I'm not sure if this is Nissan's model for doing business or if it is McLarty's, but one thing is for sure I will know better next time and I will never set foot on a McLarty dealership selling any vehicle brand. More

From Jordan to all the guys and gals working inside including the General manager they always make my routine maintenance... Not so routine. More
