When I purchased a vehicle back in late March 2018, I had a great exp The service department was very courteous and handled my tire issue properly. When I purchased a vehicle back in late March 2018, I had a great experience then as well. So, when I went back to the dealership where I made the purchase to trade in and get a taller vehicle for my wife, I was not treated properly. Number 1, I was going to purchasing another vehicle but Mcclarty Nissan would not pay off the loan from my trade in. They would not even meet me in the middle with the difference . Not Fair! Number 2., I know that the trade in could have been paid off because I have gone to a competitor and purchased a new vehicle and my trade in was paid off in full. I owe nothing. Ask yourself this question Mcclarty.... Do you think he will ever come back to do business with us? More
