Do not feel it is his fault yet the tech that did the works fault and management for not trying to check with me to make things right. More

Incorrect info on report Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Told it would be 45 mins. 70 mins later get service report, summary of all greens and car wash code. Left for car wash- rotated thru my dash detail to see if Oil was reset to 100% and it was. Next screen was tire pressure: 31,32,32,30....... the report said all were 35psi. After car wash, Went back around, told tech, said they’d rush it thru... 10 more minutes got my Pilot. Got excuse that they have a new girl and this was a “good learning experience for her.” But I’m left thinking if they didn’t air up my tires, did they even rotate them? I just have an uneasy feeling about what’s actually being done on my vehicle. Yes it’s still less than a year old, but if you are going to tell me you checked all these many things on your report, then I’d hope you would just Incase something was wrong. I would’ve been furious had I left for home before noticing. At least I was still on the lot. I hope this is made right and I don’t have any problems on my next service. More

Bank screwed up. McLarty made more than good. We had looked for a certain Jeep Wrangler for roughly two months: Year, miles and build had to be what we wanted. And Price! Price was the determinin We had looked for a certain Jeep Wrangler for roughly two months: Year, miles and build had to be what we wanted. And Price! Price was the determining factor. So, when Kevin Berry called to inform us that car and price were exactly what we had spoken about, we drove the 70 miles to Little Rock, stopping by our local bank just to verify the financing conditions still remained what we had agreed upon several weeks before. They were, the representative assured us: 3.5% for 60 months. Kevin met us on the lot, explained the car, accompanied my wife and me on the test drive and was happy that it was indeed the Jeep we had been looking for. He began the sales and financing paperwork, was very conscientious with every detail, and came back with our bank's loan agreement -- stating 3.9%! instead of the 3.5. I called the bank, and they put the blame on me. So, no deal. I do have my principles. Kevin, who had listened in on my (heated) conversation with the small-town banker, spoke to his boss, who was just as incensed as I was over the bank la-dee-da ( "well, 3.5, 3.9%, not a big difference" said the woman at my bank) made a few calls and go me a much better deal at another bank. Impressed me no end. And all within ten minutes, We drove back home in a new used Jeep, happy as pigs in mud (I know). McLarty is a dealership I wholeheartedly recommend. They had the car at the perfect price, helped me straighten out the financing, the whole process took less than two hours from Howdy to Adios. More
