Friendly and helpful for the most part I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy t I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy that I was given a loaner vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas in it. But I was pleased with the friendly service I received outside of that. More

Roy retired, Scott went to a another dealership, and Jason was promoted and is not pm the service floor. I had the tire light come on several times and was near the dealership. I called to let them know I was arriving. Everyone was alerted that I was "Roy's customer" and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They plugged the tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I look forward to getting to know the new crew. More
