A new oil plug. I always changed my own oil when I was younger but it is difficult for me now. I took my car to the local Honda dealership, in Conway, AR. It took a m I always changed my own oil when I was younger but it is difficult for me now. I took my car to the local Honda dealership, in Conway, AR. It took a month but on a 35 mile drive the oil plug fell out. I did not know what had happened at first and could have damaged my car. I still can't believe they did not tighten the plug enough, especially a mechanic. Thank goodness I was in Little Rock and my car was taken to McLarty Honda. They checked the engine, gave me an oil change and fixed my problem. It has been one month and everything is running properly. I would trust them for any future work. More

Quick, Curteous, and helpful I hate car shopping! I cringed when I saw this sales rep coming to me. I told myself I don't need this guy, I can look at cars myself. But this young I hate car shopping! I cringed when I saw this sales rep coming to me. I told myself I don't need this guy, I can look at cars myself. But this young man "caleb" was not pushy and was their for help and answer questions. That made me comfortable. I'm a older guy that has been around sales and service my hole life. Unlike today's busness mindset of I can loose business and make better profit to survive. I think service is how a company should do it. Caleb did that. Heck if he could make biscuits and gravy I might marry him. Just kidding, he is good at sales and besides his beard might tickle. When I was in the finance room of xxxx the worst place on the car lot this man (Zack) was trying to bend me over the barrel and sale gap's and extended contracts. I'm not that kind of guy to buy all this bull. In my defense I think I herd him say he would still respect me in the mourning because he winked and the next thing I know is I bought all his goods. Look for the nicest car in the employee parking lot and tell Zack thanks for giving you job security. Two of the best reps in the car business. Caleb and Zack made me feel like I had dinner and a movie first before they screwed me out of my stuff, so I didn't feel used. More
